Ecclesiastes 3:12-13 I know that there is nothing better for people than to be happy and to do good while they live. 13 That each of them may eat and drink, and find satisfaction in all their labor, this is the gift of God
God will give us everything we need and most of the things we want; because His desire is for us to be happy. But, He also wants us to share what we have, so He can give us more. So, He warns us to never trust in our riches, only in the living God, because everything else will fade away.Father, silence everything around us and the sinners who condemn us for our sins. Lord, turn our eyes upon Your holy Cross. Father, give us happiness and joy that only You can provide. Lord, give us willing Spirits to pursue Your truth and goodness in our lives. Hear our prayer, O'Lord; let us lay aside every weight, stronghold, and the sin that easily ensnares us. Lord, let us run our race with endurance, looking unto You, the author and finisher of our faith, who, for the joy set before Him, endured the cross, despising the shame, and has sat down at our, Father's right hand. So, a Spirit of hope will fill us with all joy, happiness, and peace in believing, in the Holy Spirit, with His transforming powers. Jesus name Amen
