WE MUST DO OUR PART

We are still not praising as we should be. Forgive us, Lord
We are still not studying like we should be, forgive us Lord
We are still not forgiving like we should be, forgive us Lord
We are still not praying for each other as we should forgive us, Lord
We are still not helping the least of us as we should forgive us, Lord

We still judge others, instead of judge ourselves for our sins, forgive us, Lord
 If anyone sees his brother committing a sin which does not lead to death, we will ask, and He will give them life for those who commit sin not leading to death. There are sins leading to death. I do not say that he should pray about that.  All unrighteousness is a sin, and there are sins not leading to death. 1John 5:16-17

We still commit adultery even though we made vows to You, forgive us, Lord
Do you not know that your bodies are members of Christ himself? Shall I then take the members of Christ and unite them with a prostitute? Never!  Do you not know that he who unites himself with a prostitute is one with her in body? For it is said, “The two will become one flesh. 1 Corinthians 6:15-16

We are still not teaching our children, and our children’s children Your Word forgive us, Lord
The Savior then revealed one of the ways in which His covenant of peace would be preserved for the righteous in the last days: “And all thy children shall be taught of the Lord, and great shall be the peace of thy children.”

Father, we all still sin and fall short of Your glory; Lord, let us hear the truth of Your Word; so we may have conviction and correction of our sin, and give us Your strength to turn away.  Father, give us a heart of repentance; so we may be restored to You.  Lord, we pray for understanding of Your Word and perseverance; so we may be steadfast in challenging times, or a delay in achieving our goals.  Lord, teach us how to love like Christ love’s us; so we will become the people You, created us to be, give us a Christ-like character so we can walk in Your will.  Father, let us feel Your, presence so that we can open our hearts and minds to You, and we will become one in Spirit.  Lord, surround us with Spiritual Soldiers, to help us in daily battle; for our struggle is not against the flesh, it’s against the power of darkness.  Father, give us Your, love so that we may unite as one in Spirit, and fight as Spiritual Soldiers together; because two or three are stronger than one.  Lord, give us Your wisdom and knowledge so we will have a heart filled with Holy Spirit that will help us be submissive to Your Word.  Then we will not judge others, we will help the least of us; and spread the gospel to save Your people, in Jesus name, Amen
