Alzheimer's took all her memories away, except for her memory of God. She did not remember who I was, but she knew I could find her Bible. She did not remember the names of the food she ate, but she remembered to pray over it. She could not remember what day it was, but she could remember she had to go to Church. She could not remember the things of the world, but she remembered the things of the Spirit
Alzheimer took every memory my Mother had of this world, but her memory of God stayed with her
Romans 8:38-39 For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, 39 Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.
