LORD BRING US OUT OF THE DARKNESS

1 John 4:1 ESV Beloved, do not believe every spirit but test the spirits to see whether they are from God, for many false prophets have gone out into the world.

Some people have dark Spirits, regardless of how much light is shining on them.

Father, let this dark atmosphere around us be sent back from which it came and give those around it eyes that see. 👀.  Lord, let the darkness be brought to light, right now in the name of Jesus.  Lord, there's so much sickness, death, hardship, and pain, let those that try to profit from this suffering for their evil 😈 schemes.  Lord, reveal what's truly in their hearts before we are caught in the snares.  Lord, keep us focused on You, so the brokenness of this world do not break us.  Please, baptize us in the Holy Spirit and surround us with Spiritual Soldiers, who will help us through; this Valley of death and help keep us on the path of righteousness.  Lord, let Your thoughts be our thoughts, so the words of our mouths will be acceptable in Your sight, our Lord, strength, and redeemer.  Lord, thank You for the hedge of protection around us that keeps the fiery arrows of our enemies from harming us.  Lord, thank You for allowing good to overcome evil and turning it all around in our favor, although we too are not worthy.  Lord, we have enough chaos and confusion in the world 🌎 in which we live, and we know we will have to endure suffering.  So, fill us with the things of the Spirit that brings peace through it all, in Jesus name Amen

PRACTICE THE TRUTH

Matthew 15:3-4  But he answered and said unto them, Why do ye also transgress the commandment of God by your tradition? 4 For God commanded, saying, Honour thy father and mother: and, He that curseth father or mother, let him die the death.

We must be careful not to get caught up in religious rituals, customs, or laws, to avoid not receiving the Truth. God tells us to care for our parents, not put them in a nursing home when they get old. Coming up with traditions or methods to avoid our responsibilities of His will, doesn't make it right. Remember, "just because things have been done a certain way for a while, does not mean God changed His mind about it" God gave us free will, and we have developed a fondness for tradition and ceremonies, which is ok. Unless it replaces the true meaning of the Word

Lord, each of us will have to bear our sinful load. We who have been taught the Word must share all good things with those who don't know. So, let us not be deceived: God is not mocked, for whatever we sow will also reap. Those who sow to their own flesh will reap corruption and destruction from the flesh. But, the one who sows to the Spirit will reap Christ-like character and eternal life from the Spirit. So, let us not grow weary of doing good, for, in the due season, we will reap if we do not give up. Father, the Word tells us, "Not everyone who says to You, 'Lord, Lord,' will enter the kingdom of heaven, but the one who does the will of our Father, who is in heaven. So, give us, Your strength and courage to serve in Your will and not our own. Lord, on the day You return, many will say to You, 'Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in Your name, and cast out demons in Your name, and do many mighty works in Your name?' And You will declare to them, 'You never knew them; so, depart from Me, you workers of lawlessness. Lord, let our name be in the Book, help us practice what we have learned, so it will manifest in our lives, so You can recognize us by sight, in Jesus' name Amen.

NOTHING HAPPENS WITHOUT WORK

Romans 8:15 For you did not receive the spirit of slavery to fall back into fear, but you have received the Spirit of adoption as sons, by whom we cry, “Abba! Father!  Acts 18 But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem and in all Judea and Samaria and to the end of the earth.”

The first step: receive Him as our Savior.  Then we need to know Him and His will for us.  What are the required steps we take to get to know Him and His will for us? We need to know His commandments to obey them and we achieve this through study, prayer, worship, and praise.  We can't obey what we do not understand, so we must become familiar with the Word to have a relationship with Him.
The Second step: we have to practice what we have learned, to develop Fruit and Christ-like character.  This will give us power, through the Holy Spirit and our faith, so the promise will manifest, in our lives.

Father, we thank You, for keeping us through another night and thank You, in advance for Your hedge of protection around us today. Lord, it takes commitment and courage to obey You, so fill us with Your courage and commitment. To give up what we like, to do for Your will.  Lord, give us wisdom on how to rearrange our lives, to match Your plans for us and knowledge of how to love the unlovable, to forgive those that wronged us, and to give what we want to keep to others. So, we can share the love of Christ with everyone, in hope that they too come into a relationship with Him and be prepared to walk 🚶‍♂️through this Valley of death and fear no evil.  Father, let our studies of Your Word be daily, as well as our prayers, so, we will draw nearer to Thee. So, we can have peace, through our day to day struggles, In Jesus name Amen

Psa 69:22-28 Imprecatory prayer

Some claim that imprecatory prayers represent a sinful desire for revenge, and we should not copy them in our hearts. But, we know there is a time for everything under the Sun, with the correct application. For example, we hear Jesus praying to punish a nation that condemned Him, but He also prayed, "Father forgive them, for they know not what they do." Now some would say there is a conflict between the two prayers.  But, it's not; if we repent, we will be forgiven; if not, we will suffer His wrath.

When a person unknowingly harms us, it is one thing.  But to intentionally bring harm or chaos to someone's life; because of our pride, envy, jealousy, or hate. This prayer is for you.

Lord, let our enemies and undercover haters, disguised as friends; get caught in their own snares; and when they are at peace, let it become a trap. Let their eyes be darkened so that they cannot see the obstacles and make their loins tremble continually. Pour out Your indignation upon them, and let Your burning anger overtake them. May their camp be a desolation; let no one dwell in their tents. For they persecute him whom You have struck down, and they recount the pain of those You have wounded.  Add to them punishment upon punishment; may they have no acquittal from You. Let them be blotted out of the book of the living; let them not be enrolled among the righteous. In Jesus name, Amen 🙏

WISDOM

Proverbs 3:15Wisdom is more precious than rubies; nothing you desire can compare with her."

Wisdom is the ability to see life from God's perspective and know the best course of action to take. Most people would agree that wisdom is a valuable asset, but how can we acquire it? Proverbs 9:10 teaches that the fear of the Lord (respect and honor) is the beginning of wisdom. Wisdom comes from knowing and trusting God; it is not merely the way to find God. Knowing God will lead to understanding and then sharing this knowledge with others.

Lord, thank You for another day in our right minds and Thank You in advance for Your hedge of protection around us today. Thank You for Your wisdom, which is better than gold, and it unlocks the insight for our Spiritual journey. Father, let our studies bring understanding from above, wisdom that is pure, peaceful, gentle, and open to reason. Lord, fill our hearts with wisdom and the knowledge of how to implement, You in our lives. Because it's not always easy for us to see and sense the direction we need to take. So, we trust You to lead us to the blessings and opportunities, You have prepared for us. Lord, we ask for wisdom to help us make sense of the options and obstacles that lay before us. Lord, let the Spirit of wisdom help us see our path and make the right choices today. In Jesus' name Amen.

OUR LIVES REFLECTS OUR HEARTS

Proverbs 27:19 "As water reflects the face, so one's life reflects the heart."

0ur Life is a period between birth and death; it can be enjoyable but never easy, even for the rich.  The way we live our lives reflects the ideals and faith we have in our hearts. The areas of our lives where we spend the most time and energy reveal what's really important to us.

Lord, we pray that You will comfort us in our day-to-day struggles. Search our hearts and minds, let Your thoughts be our thoughts; so the words of our mouths and the way we live our lives will be pleasing to You. Father, so many people are suffering from this pandemic, lend skills, supplies, and all the ventilators needed to the hands of our physicians and bless the means used to cure this virus. Give us such confidence in the power of Your grace that even when we are afraid, we still put our whole trust in You; through our Savior Jesus Christ. Father, take our Country out of chaos by removing the evil-hearted people who fuel hate and destruction because of pride and greed. Lord, remove all envious, boastful, arrogant, and rude leaders,  political, social, and spiritual. Lord, teach those that follow You that love does not insist in its own way; it is not irritable or resentful; it does not rejoice in wrongdoing, but rejoices in justice and truth, for all mankind.  Father, You have set the Lord, before us and we shall not be shaken. So, let our hearts be glad, and our whole being rejoices; because You dwell in us and will not abandon our souls. Lord, make known to us the path of life; that leads to Your presence, and let us sit at Your feet, Amen.

LET US HAVE PEACE

Romans 12:18.If possible, so far as it depends on you, be at peace with all men.

Are you embittered by a personal tragedy that you did not deserve and cannot understand? If so, it's time to make peace with life. It's time to accept the unchangeable past, embrace the priceless present, and have faith in the promise of tomorrow. It's time to trust God completely. Finally, it's time to reclaim the Peace, His Peace that should be yours.

Lord, let us sit at Your feet like You sit at the right hand of the Father until You make our enemies a footstool for our feet." Father, give us a forgiving Spirit to love and forgive those who harmed us. Lord, let not our disobedient steal our Peace and focus. Lord, You said, "If possible, so far as it depends on you, be at peace with all men," So, give us the Spirit of kindness and compassion, so, we can love and forgive others, like You, love and forgive us. Lord, we expect what we can't change, and we humbly step aside, so You can fight our battles. Lord, we leave all that threatens our Peace behind us as we move forward. So, thank You for the Peace You leave with us; Your Peace You give to us. Not as the world gives, so, let not our hearts be troubled, neither let them be afraid. Lord, remove the obstacles in our lives that separate us from You. Since we have been justified by faith, grant us Peace with You through our Lord. Let us not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, we present our requests to God with thanksgiving. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard our hearts and minds, on Jesus name Amen.

THANK YOU FOR KEEPING US

Matthew 18:19 - Again I say unto you, That if two of you shall agree on earth as touching anything that they shall ask, it shall be done for them of my Father which is in heaven.

Father, as we are blessed to see 2022, we ask that You help us examine the various aspects of our lives: the physical, emotional, intellectual, spiritual, professional, and financial. Please, help us identify the things that are not of You and replace them with the things of the Spirit. Lord, teach us how to master our moments of decisions through prayer and guidance from You.  Father, let Your Word remind us daily that we no longer live, but You in us and help us act accordingly. Lord, let us be mindful that money and possessions are useless if we are not using them to build up Your Kingdom and help others. Father, let the Word teach us how to become a better version of ourselves and let us not be driven by compulsion; but guided by the Spirit through self-control. Father, let us change the negative energy in our homes and atmosphere to positive by praying together, lifting each other up, and not tearing each other down. Father, help us overhaul our lives one problem at a time; and discard everything that is not productive to move forward. Jesus, let us be mindful of the time and energy we direct toward worrying about the things out of our control and trust in You, so we do not grow weary trying to carry the load. Lord, each morning You allow us to see, we will establish a "go with the flow" attitude within ourselves and let Your Word nurture us through the various situations that arise. Lord, we will see each moment of each day as an opportunity to share Your love and goodness with every person that crosses our path, so let Your thoughts be our thoughts. In Jesus name, Amen
