LET US BE VIRTUOUS WOMEN

It was a woman that nurtured Him as He grew up. Women traveled with Him and help finance His ministry. Women listened to Him teach and they were featured in His parables. Women shared the Good New that He was the Messiah and He treated them with respect. Women were praised by Him for their faith and commended by Him for their generosity. Women worshipped Him and prepared His body for burial after His crucifixion. Women stood by Him at the cross and it was a woman first to see Him resurrected. It was a woman that told His followers that He has risen.

A virtuous woman is nothing like what you see in the world today. You can marry a beautiful woman, but beauty doesn’t make a virtuous woman. A virtuous woman isn’t ruled by her passions-she passionately pursues an incomparable God

Lord, help us be "virtuous women, whose price is far above rubies." Let the hearts of our husband and husband to be "doth safely trust in us, so that he shall have no need of worry" Lord, we will do good unto him and not evil all the days of our lives. Father, we seek You and worketh willingly with our hands. Lord, most of us "rise while it is yet night, and giveth meat to our household, and a portion to our neighbors." Father, girde our loins with strength, and strengtheneth our arms, as we layeth our hands to the spindle, and our hands hold the distaff." Lord, let us "stretcheth out our hands to the poor; and reacheth forth our hands to the needy." Let us not "be afraid for our household: are clothed with scarlet." Let our husbands and husbands to be known in the: Church, neighborhood, "and the gates, when he sitteth among the elders of the land." Lord, let "strength and honour be our clothing; and we shall rejoice in time to come." Let us, "openeth our mouth with wisdom; and in our tongue is the law of kindness." Let our "children arise up, and call us blessed; our husbands also," as we praise and worship You. Help us understand that "Favour is deceitful, and beauty is vain: but a woman that feareth" You, shall be praised. Father, "give us the fruit of our hands; and let our own works praise us in the gates. In Jesus name Amen (KJV)
