ARE YOU READY

Ephesians 6:11-18 Put on the whole armor of God so that you will be able to stand firm against the schemes of the devil. For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the powers, against the world forces of this darkness, against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places. Therefore, take up the whole armor of God so that you will be able to resist the evil day, and having done everything, stand firm.

Like Peter, who was still of human faithlessness and fear, he said he would face prison and death with Christ. But, Christ knows us better than we know ourselves. He knew Peter didn't have the courage and strength to endure the suffering and day-to-day struggles without the Holy Spirit. So, He explained to Peter he would deny me three times because Peter had not been baptized by the Holy Spirit yet and was not prepared.

Lord, help us become Disciples and baptize us in the Holy Spirit, so the enemy or our adversity will not sift us like wheat.  Lord, let our faith not suffer when we walk through this Valley of death and restore us from backsliding. Lord, let us "Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit. Instead, in humility, we value others above ourselves, not looking to our own interests but the interest of others. Father, thank You for the provision and training us on the way to go. Thank You that we're blessed to be able to bless others. Thank You for keeping us through the night, and Thank You in advance for the hedge of protection around us today. So, let us be fitted with the shoes of the gospel of peace; allows us to be ready to share You with others. Lord, grant that we may be prepared to receive Christ when He comes in glory and to share in the banquet of heaven, where He lives and reigns with You and the Holy Spirit, in Jesus' name Amen

WHY WE SHOULD NOT WORRY

Matthew 6:33-34 But seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things will be added to you. "Therefore, do not be anxious about tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself. Sufficient for the day is its own trouble.

Let's see why we should not worry:  God uses trumpets to knock down the walls of Jericho. He fed over 5000 people with just a few loads of bread and fish. He reduced Gideon's army from 32,000 to 300 to take out the troops of Miriam. He cured a woman with an issue of blood just by her touch of faith. He allowed Samson to defeat a whole army with a donkey's jawbone. He helps David kill a Giant with a sling and a rock. Our God is excellent and still performs miracles in the lives of those who believe.

Lord, life can make uncertain turns, and sometimes it can be challenging to maintain a positive attitude about the future. Lord, in these uncertain times, let us not be anxious about anything. Let us have Your peace, the peace You leave with us, so our hearts won't be troubled, and we will not be afraid. Father, let us not worry about our lives, what we eat or drink, our bodies, and what we wear. Is life not more than what we eat and what we wear. Search our hearts and minds and remove all that separate us from You; baptize us in the Holy Spirit that empowers us to pursue righteousness and live a holy life. So, we cast our cares on You because You will sustain us and guide us. Thank You for Your divine intervention, and never let the righteous be shaken. In Jesus' name Amen 🙏

WE ARE CHOSEN AND SET APART

1 Peter 2: 9 But you are a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people for his own possession, that you may proclaim the excellencies of him who called you out of darkness into his marvelous light.

"We are set apart to God from the world," but we are far from what we should be in practical holiness. But we are still positionally sanctified through Christ, and our functional condition is to set ourselves apart daily through studying, praying, worshiping, and practicing what we have learned.

Lord, Your grace and peace are the sources of our blessings due to our acceptance of Christ. Lord, we come with thanksgiving in our hearts, and we are so grateful for the opportunity and excellent work You have done in our lives. Father, we struggle to live a holy life in this Valley of death. So, let the Holy Spirit fill us with the strength and courage to stand on Your Word when great disappointment arises.  Lord, equip us with the gifts of the Spirit, wisdom, and the knowledge to implement You in our daily lives.  Lord, let our gifts and holy living confirm Your presence and work in us.  Lord, let us not be proud of our gifts but use them to build up others and Your Kingdom. Lord, help us set aside everything we think we know about You, everything we think we know about ourselves, everything we think we know about others, so we can have an open heart and mind to help us see the truth. In Jesus' name Amen

A GOD-FEARING MAN

I will submit to my man that understands submitting goes both ways. I will help support my man, and he will help keep me. I will care for him in sickness as he will care for me. I will love ❤️ my man like no other, and he will give me all I need. I will give my man space so he can be himself, and I will also appreciate my free time. I am connected to God, and my man also has a relationship with Him. I am a good woman looking for my man.

Act 10:2-4 He was a devout, God-fearing man, as was all his household; he did many acts of charity for the people and prayed to God regularly. 3 About three o'clock one afternoon, he saw clearly in a vision an angel of God who came in and said to him, "Cornelius." 4 Staring at him and becoming greatly afraid, Cornelius replied, "What is it, Lord?" The angel said to him, "Your prayers and your acts of charity have gone up as a memorial before God.

Father, help me find a God-fearing man like Cornelius, a devout God-fearing man who gave generously to the poor. A man that will live up to the light which You give him. A man who is unquestionably obedient to You will have respect, honor, and loyalty for his family and friends ❤️. Lord, grant him eyes to see life from a Godly perspective and ears that hear Your instructions. Please, Lord, bless me with the man You have for me and prepare me to receive Him.  Lord, I desire Your favor in my life. I want to live a life that is pleasing to You. I want a marriage that is glorifying to Your name. In Jesus' name Amen

RESURRECTION

Drown out the world's confusion, hate, chaos, and sorrows with the Peace, Love, order, and joy of the WORD. Lord, help us realize today what Your death and resurrection mean for us. Forgiveness, freedom, and the ability to walk with You through this Valley of death into eternity. May we always find our satisfaction in You and Your willingness to offer Yourself to us. Amen

GOOD FRIDAY

1 Peter 2:24 “He bore our sins” in his body on the cross, so that we might die to sins and live for righteousness; “by his wounds, you have been healed

Father, this terrible Friday that we call Good Friday because it led to the Resurrection of Your Son and His victory over death and sin, and we are so grateful. Lord, we come to You with an attitude of praise and thanksgiving. Asking You to search our hearts and minds and remove all that separate us from You right now in the name of Jesus. Lord, You said if we seek You, we will find You, Lord, we seek You right now: for protection, guidance, forgiveness, courage, and strength to endure suffering and our day-to-day struggles.  Lord, You said, "whatever we ask for in prayer, believe that we have received it, and it will be ours." So we pray for healing Spiritually, mentally, emotionally, and physically. Lord, we ask that You bind every demonic Spirit around our family and friends; every generation curse, every health issue, and fleshly desires and loose us from them in the name of Jesus. Lord, You said, "For You knew the plan You have for us, a plan to prosper us and not harm us, a plan to give us hope and a future. So, if this is the plan You have for US, let it manifest in our lives; a life of Prosperity, Peace, and Love. Father, You said, "If two of us agree on earth about anything we ask, it will be done. Father, we know we are not worthy of the sacrifice You made for us, but we say thankYou.  Thank You for Your mercy, grace, and favor, sooo much favor. Lord, these things we come in agreement with each other in Jesus' name Amen

STRENGTHEN OUR FAITH AND HELP US OVERCOME OUR UNBELIEF

Matthew 9:6 But I want you to know that the Son of Man has authority on earth to forgive sins.” So he said to the paralyzed man, “Get up, take your mat and go home.” 7 Then the man got up and went home. 8 When the crowd saw this, they were filled with awe, and they praised God, who had given such authority to man.

When the Scribes heard Jesus declare the man's sins forgiven, they accused him of blasphemy. So He decided to perform a visible miracle "He told the paralyzed man to arise, take up your bed and walk" to show that He has the authority to forgive sin. But, they didn't understand, so they only became more hardened in their hatred and unbelief.

Lord, fill us with true belief and faith that will remove all douth and fears, that help us be doers and hearers of the Word. Let the Holy Spirit give us Your wisdom and the knowledge to implement You in our daily lives. To give us eyes that see things from a Godly perspective, so we do not miss the lesson. Father, let our faith purify our hearts and draw us near Thee. Let our faith comfort us in the midst of fears and adversity. Lord, You were tempted in all ways as we are, with unbelief and doubt. But, You overcame all temptation, so we can too; through faith in Your Word. Thank You, Lord, for being active and present in our lives, even when we cannot see You, even when we were sinners and rejected You, and even when we didn't believe You. Thank You for choosing our hearts and minds to dwell in and making us a part of Your Holy family. So, thank You, Jesus, for breaking our chains of doubt and unbelief. In Jesus' name Amen 🙏

OUR OBLIGATION

This is our obligation to each other, "thus says the Lord."

We who are strong have an obligation to bear with the failings of the weak and not to please ourselves. Let each of us please his neighbor to build him up for his good. For Christ did not please himself, but as it is written, "The reproaches of those who reproached you fell on me." For whatever was written in former days was written for our instruction, that we might have hope through endurance and the encouragement of the Scriptures.
What we are blessed with is not for our pleasure but for us to bless others. We are the blessings that the weak pray for, so be a blessing to lighten the load of the least of them.

Lord, teach us how to "rejoice in hope, be patient in tribulation, and constant in prayer." Lord, give us Your heart ❤️ a heart filled with compassion and love for the weak. Open our hearts and minds to Your will and purpose. Give us eyes seething through the Spirit and ears that hear Your instructions. Let our actions encourage Your people to hold firm in their faith that You are their helper and we are the vessels. So, let us open our hands generously to our brothers and sisters to lift them up in the name of Jesus. Father, You said, "whatever we do to the least of us, we do for You. So, help us serve You through those in need and give us a discerning spirit of who, when, and where, in Jesus' name Amen

WE NEED DIVINE POWER TO LOVE OUR ENEMIES

And Jesus said, "Father, forgive them, for they know not what they do. "Bless those who persecute you; bless and do not curse . . . Do not repay anyone evil for evil. Be careful to do what is right in the eyes of everyone. If it is possible, as far as it depends on you, live at peace with everyone. Do not take revenge, my dear friends, but leave room for God's wrath, for it is written: "It is mine to avenge; I will repay," says the Lord."

We can only love our enemies through His will and not our emotions. It is not natural to love those that hate, hurt, or betray us, so we cannot forgive in the natural. It has to be through the supernatural, which only comes with divine connection. When we have a relationship with Christ, we can live a holy life and love our enemies.

Father, help us understand that there is no reward if we only love those that love us. But, there are great rewards for loving and forgiving those that persecute us. Lord, we know we cannot do this ourselves, so thank You for Your divine intervention. Lord, give us strength and understanding when under attack, so we do not respond in anger. Lord, help us practice what we have learned and pray for our enemies. Lord, let Your light fill their dark hearts 🖤 and make them rich by Your grace and love, so they too can be called Your children. In Jesus' name Amen

RAISE THEM IN THE WAY TO GO 🚶‍♀️

Matthew 19:13-15 One day, some parents brought their children to Jesus so he could lay his hands on them and pray for them. But the disciples scolded the parents for bothering him. But Jesus said, "Let the children come to me. Don't stop them! For the Kingdom of Heaven belongs to those like these children." And he placed his hands on their heads and blessed them before he left.

We have to nourish the seed God planted in our children before they were born, and they will be deeply rooted. So, no matter what they experience as they walk through this Valley of death, they are not alone. Because the more we sow into them Spiritually as a child, the more protection around them. We should never apologize to our children, especially when they are young; they will make mistakes. We are responsible for raising them in the way to go and then praying them through life, and God got the rest. If they have been rooted in the way to go 🚶‍♂️ they may stray off the path, but Christ is going to find them and lead them back. Just like He came and found us.

Father, help us nourish our Spirit with Your Word and let us take time to teach our children and children's the way to go so they do not stray from You. Lord, let us understand that daily nourishment is vital to our health, relationship with You, and living a balanced life. Lord, help us make time to pray and study with our loved ones, to help nurture their spiritual well-being and create room for You to move in their lives. Lord, search our hearts and minds and remove all that separate us from You to create space for Spiritual Fruit to grow. Thank You, Lord, for saving us and giving us eyes that see our need for You daily. Thank You for giving us ears that hear Your instructions around the obstacles ahead of our children and us. Thank You for teaching us to do right by others, although they do not do right by us. Thank You for teaching us how to breathe so we are not quick to anger and control our emotions. Thank You, right now in advance, for breaking the chains of drug or sex addiction, depression and thoughts of suicide, identity crisis, or whatever they are dealing with, bind and loose us from it, in the name of Jesus, Amen
