NOURISH THE SEED WITH THE WORD NOT THE WORLD

Proverbs 22:6 Train up a child in the way he should go; Even when he is old he will not depart from it.

God planted His seed in each and every child at birth, it’s up to us (parent/grandparent, Church, teachers) to water that seed with the wisdom and knowledge of the Lord. When we do not teach our children about our Lord that gives the devil a chance to come in and take over their lives. We have children today raise by Christians parents that can’t say a prayer, this is unacceptable to God. Every child should know the Lord’s Prayer if nothing else. Than we wonder why our children are going astray, it’s because we have failed them as parents by not introducing them to the Lord.  We needed Him to save us, why would we not introduce our children to Him.  They were also born into sin, and just like us, only God can save them.

Lord, You are our Sheppard and we desire to have a relationship with You, help us find the children and grandchildren we loss.  Forgive us  for not teaching them the way to go and help us save the next generation.  Thank You, for being our resource and providing for our needs and strengthening our faith, so we can stand on Your Word.  Father, sometimes we get so caught up in the world; that it's hard to rest. Thank You, for healing and restoring our Souls as You make us lay down, by the still water. Father, continue ordering our steps and our children's steps in Your direction, preparing us to serve Your purpose. Lord, give us the courage of David, when we walk through the Valleys of death, so we will fear no evil, because we know You are with us. Father, give our children eye that see, so we do not step out of You protection and thank You, for Your faithfulness, even though we don't deserve it. Father, let us be the light that lead our lost children, back to You.  Lord, we bless them from the top of their heads to the soles of their feet and keep Your hedge of protection around them.  In Jesus name Amen
