LET US PRAY FOR OUR COUNTRY

1 Timothy 2:1-2 says, "Therefore I exhort first of all that supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks be made for all men, for kings and all who are in authority, that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and reverence.

According to 1 Timothy 2, we should always pray for all leaders even for those leaders who lead unrighteously.  But, the best thing about this prayer we can let the Holy Spirit utter what we cannot or should not

Father, we pray for those who are suffering from this tragedy in America. Lord, we are asking You to intervene in the government;, You put in place to govern Your people. Lord, please keep our Country safe during this period of Insanity. Father, let the food that we receive before inspection not harm us and let the water we are consuming be clean.   Father, You sit High and look low, so You know our needs and wants, please bless us according to Your will. Father, fill the hearts and minds of those in an office, with Your love for the people. So, search their hearts and give them Your strength for self-denial. Help them sit down together and change the Laws, that will solve some of our immigration problems, Instead of incarcerating babies, at the taxpayer's expense.  Father, we pray for our first respondents, our veterans, our military, all our government workers, our seniors, and all the people our government shut-down has failed. God, show up in a might way and show evil and darkness that You are in charge, not sin. Father, reconstruct our government from the District level all the way to the White House.  Lord, raise up and bless every leader who suits Your purposes for our nation and bring down every leader who does not.  Lord, open our eyes to our need of You in our schools, businesses, homes, Sanctuary, and our lives. Father, our desires is for You to create a place in all our hearts and this Country, for You to move and bring order, in Jesus name Amen
