LORD WE PRAY FOR WISDOM AND KNOWLEDGE

1 King 3:10 The Lord was pleased that Solomon had asked for this. 11 So God said to him, “Since you have asked for this and not for long life or wealth for yourself, nor have asked for the death of your enemies but for discernment in administering justice, 12 I will do what you have asked. I will give you a wise and discerning heart, so that there will never have been anyone like you, nor will there ever be. 13 Moreover, I will give you what you have not asked for both wealth and honor so that in your lifetime you will have no equal among kings. 14 And if you walk in obedience to me and keep my decrees and commands as David your father did, I will give you a long life.”

When we pray for the things of the Spirit, God will freely bless us with what we asked.  When we ask for wisdom and knowledge, with faith God will respond to our request.  When we pray for the things of the spirit, God will not only bless us with what we asked for, He will also bless us with the things that we need and did not ask for

Father, give us Your strength and courage to face serenely the trials and enemies we battle daily; with unwavering faith in You that we will triumph over evil.  Father, we understand that when we pray for the things of the Spirit, You hear and honor our prayers, so let the Holy Spirit utter for us what we cannot say.  Lord, let us not be silent about injustice, let all Christians/believers come together and stand in Your name against hate and racism.  Lord, we are not asking for anything else but what You have for us. WE thank You, for Mercy grace and favor as well as life health and strength in Jesus name Amen
