TREAT OTHERS LIKE CHRIST TREATS YOU

Jesus walked, with man and understood what it would take to save us.  He gave us free will too; live in the world or the Spirit.  Now most of us have lived in the flesh, and we are now saved, so we understand what it takes to help guide someone else, The Word.  We must also remember how many times we stumbled and failed, and when we asked for forgiveness, He forgave us.  He wants us to have that same compassionate Spirit when other people stumble and fall around us. Our Father wants us to be Christ-like, and we accomplish this by developing His Fruits of the Spirit love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control. (Galatians 5:22-23).  We are not to judge our brothers and sister that are new on their walk, so we do not discourage them.  We are to show Love, and Forgiveness, so they can feel God presence through us.  Love and forgiveness are the two Fruit of the Spirits we must develop to be a servant in God’s Kingdom and to others. Love is the most powerful Spirit, once we have love everything else will grow. God met us where we were with love, and we have to meet others where they are with the same love and walk with them to the Lord.   We must also endure each other burden and we must have the Fruit of Kindness to make that happen (Galatians 6:2 Bear one another's burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ.)

Father, we were hungry, and You gave us food, we were thirsty, and You gave us drink, we were strangers and You welcomed us; please provide us with Your loving Spirit so we can treat other as You treat us.  Lord, thank You for the Word that nourishes our Fruit and the Holy Spirit that gives us strength and courage to stand on what is written.  Lord, give us the Fruit of Patience, so we want give up on others like You did not give up on us.  Father, teach us so we can do just what You said we could do; we just have to believe and have the Fruit of Faithfulness.  Lord, strengthen our Fruit of discipline, so we will be able to fight temptation and put our carnal desires to rest.  Lord, give us the Fruit of Joy, Peace, and Goodness; so we do not become weary in doing good.   For at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up. In Jesus name Amen
