GRACE IS THE TREE OUR FRUIT HANG ON

God loves us, and He shows us daily through grace, favor, and mercy,  which He gives us without regard to our worthiness or merits.  God’s grace and our faith provide us with the nutrition to grow Fruit. When we study the Word daily, “Galatians 5:22-23 the Fruit of the Spirit”; and the most essential Fruit is LOVE because God is the definition of LOVE.  When we love God, it gives us joy, peace, and the power to obey Him, while the Word cleanses us with the Blood and restores us to the Father. Love is the root of grace; once we learn how to love God, we will be able to love ourselves and others, even our enemies.   When we study His Word with faith and patience, He will give us wisdom and knowledge of how to live in oneness with the Holy Spirit and each other.  As we desire the things of the Spirit, we develop goodness and kindness, which motivates us to help others.   God wants us to be gentle and loving to each other as He is to us, and once we are submissive to Him, the Spirit will take control and enable us to do; the things we could not do with our own strength. Love is the key attribute of God, and His plan for us starts with loving Him, so we become more like His Son: merciful, gracious, longsuffering, and faithful to His Word.

Lord, we thank You for grace; even though we do not deserve it, You are still kind to us; and only seek the best for us.  Father, let Your grace be sufficient for us, so our weakness is made strong through Your power.  Lord, we know we are not without sin, so help us be submissive to Your Word and develop our self-control.  Father, give us the wisdom of Your Word; so we will become conscious of our sin and help us repent and turn away from transgression.  Lord, help us develop Fruit; and fill our hearts with Your love so that we will serve Your purpose.  Father, continue to guide and order our steps in Your will; and keep Your hedge of protection around our children, families, and friends.  Lord, strengthen our faith and help us with our unbeliefs; forgive us of our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us, and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. Father, our desire is to be like Your Son Jesus.  Amen
