Earthly Treasures

We overwork ourselves to gain earthy wealth, then stress ourselves trying to keep it.  That, in the end, want mean nothing to anyone, but those who will inherit it.  And since they received it without sweat or tears, they won't care as much about the material things that you worshipped.
Matthew 6:19-21 do not lay up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moth and rust destroy and where thieves break in and steal, but lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust destroys and where thieves do not break in and steal. For where your treasure is, there your heart will also be.

Father, teach us that material things do not necessarily bring happiness, Lord show us There is a difference between material happiness, which implies to having extravagant comforts, and the primary things to live life.  Jesus, You said, “A person is a fool to store up earthly wealth but not have a rich relationship with God.  Father, help us develop a relationship with You that surpass all material things.  Lord The ones who lays up treasure for themselves is not generous towards You.   Lord, we decree and declare we will seek first Your kingdom and Your righteousness and all things will be added to us.  Lord, we confess that we will not trust in uncertain riches but we will trust in You, who gives us richly all things to enjoy.  Lord, we pray to You in Jesus name Amen
