MEN AND WOMEN CAN PREACH THE WORD

The place to begin in this, as in other biblical questions, is to ask, "What does the Bible say “the New Testament”?

The word disciple comes from the Latin word for pupil or learner.  We are all students of the Word; this is why we have to find a Spiritual teacher; a disciple of God; and spend as much time with them as possible to learn God’s Word.  Some students will receive the Word right away, but some may take years, but that does not mean one is greater than the other.  It just means they’re in different places, and God use us where we are for the uplifting of us and His Kingdom.   Jesus disciples followed Him wherever He traveled learning from His teachings as they moved across the land.  Now there’s a dilemma going on whether a woman can be part of this process.  Women walk with Jesus all the way to His crucifixion, and afterward they help spread the Good News.  A woman delivered the word to the disciples that Jesus had left the tomb.

Luke 8:1-3 From the beginning, Jesus took His twelve disciples, and these women included in His ministry:  Mary Jesus mother,  Mary Magdalene, Joanna, and Susanna, had accompanied Jesus and supported Him from their resources.  And Paul also said  in(Romans 16:1-3 I commend unto you Phoebe our sister, which is a deacon of the church which is at Cenchrea: 2 That ye receive her in the Lord, as becometh saints, and that ye assist her in whatsoever business she hath need of you: for she hath been a teacher of the good news to many, and of myself also.3 Greet Priscilla and Aquila my helpers in Christ Jesus:4 Who have for my life laid down their necks: unto whom not only I give thanks, but also all the churches of the Gentiles. 5 Likewise, greet the church that is in their house. Salute my well-beloved Epaenetus, who is the firstfruits of Achaia unto Christ.6 Greet Mary, who bestowed much labor on us. (surely if a women can be a deacon in the Church, she can be a Pastor); Philippians 4:2-3 2Now I appeal to Euodia and Syntyche. Please, because you belong to the Lord, settle your disagreement. 3And I ask you, my true partner, to help these two women, for they worked hard with me in telling others the Good News. They worked along with Clement and the rest of my co-workers, whose names are written in the Book of Life. ). Because women in Ephesus at this time were uneducated and secluded, Paul was warning that they could be misled by the false teachers trying to lure new Christians away from the church Paul wanted to establish. Those circumstances do not exist today because many women have been trained and given the gifts that can bring blessing to both males and females.

Lord, help us understand it does not matter who teach the Word as long as it is taught in truth.  Father, help women understand that You put man as the head of the house, and the Church; so just like a woman and man could live in order at home; they can also live in order teaching in the church. Father, while scripture does not support women serving as Pastors; there is scripture that speaks of forcibly to ministry.  Lord, help the women of this Century break the glass ceiling and help us openly receive all our Spiritual teacher that preach the truth male or female.  Lord, women have been in Your ministry performing valuable service from the being of Your walk with us on earth, and we will continue.  Lord, teach us to uplift each other and put aside our differences and show forgiveness as You forgive us. Lord of all the things we have not kept sacred, keeping women for preaching the Word is the most important to man, In Jesus name Amen
