GUARDIAN ANGELS

Psalm 91:11 For he will command his angels concerning you to guard you in all your ways; Rev 14: 6 Then I saw another angel flying in midair, and he had the eternal gospel to proclaim to those who live on the earth—to every nation, tribe, language, and people.

The Word tells us that all of God's children have a special angel watching over us.  God, in all His grace, gives each of us our own unique angel at birth; that watches over us, guides our thoughts and inclinations, as they protect us from physical and spiritual harm.  God knows every believer, and He alone knows when one of us needs the intervention of an angel. Because they continually see His face, the angels are at His disposal to help one of His children when required.   Just like the angle that protected Daniel from the lion's den. "Daniel 6:22 My God sent His angel and shut the lions' mouths so that they have not hurt me because I was found innocent before Him; and also, O king, I have done no wrong before you." 23 Now, the king was exceedingly glad for him and commanded that they should take Daniel up out of the den. So Daniel was taken up out of the den, and no injury whatever was found on him because he believed in his God."

Now do not confuse an angel with the Holy Spirit; angles are created, the Holy Spirit was involved in the creation, so they are not the same.  The Holy Spirit lives inside us, and angels just watch over us.  The Holy Spirit is what helps us be submissive and Christ-like, while angles do the work of our Father like they protected Daniel from the lions.

Father, we thank You for our guardian angels that watch over us and protect us from physical or spiritual harm.  Lord, thank You that You chose to live in our hearts; to help us become more Christ-like and be obedient to Your Word.   Lord, we know we do not deserve Your mercy or favor, so thank You for seeing us worthy to be saved.  Father, we confess our sins, and we ask for forgiveness, so give us Your strength and courage to repent and turn away from our transgressions.  Father, thank You for the sacrifice of Your only Son, to save us; and giving us the same birthrights as Jesus. Lord, we pray for unity with our brothers and sister in Christ; so we can lift each other up and help build up Your Kingdom as we spread the good news.  Lord, help us become disciples so we may live the life You created us to live; and thank You for surrounding us with Spiritual Soldiers and Guardian Angels to help us with our walk.  Father, thank You, for the Holy Spirit, which dwells inside us to help us accomplish Your purpose, in Jesus name, we pray, Amen
